Our best day at work is filming with clients at their location. We capture most video shoots with a team of 2-3, which allows us to be nimble and work within your regular business hours.
We get to know our clients, their story, and their marketing goals, which is necessary for a successful production and video campaign. We build genuine relationships through transparency and communication.

Owner Alex Belville founded Mirrorless in 2015 while in college as a non-traditional Radio-TV-Film student at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. From learning hands-on with cameras to volunteering on 90.3 WRST-FM to being in Film Society—film school here allowed him to find his niche in the video industry. It also allowed him to connect and network with other creatives, many of whom he still works with.
We offer semester internships to UW Oshkosh film and marketing students and allow students to shadow us on commercial video shoots. We’re proud to frequently return to campus to speak about making a career in filmmaking and advertising. It’s always an honor to give back and share some inspiration.
